  1. Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations.
  2. Knowledge and Skills:
    • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws/regulations.
    • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software applications.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends in HR.
  3. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools, such as social media platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
    • Knowledge of employment branding and employer branding strategies.
  4. Employee Relations and Performance Management:
    • Proven track record in handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate solutions.
    • Experience in administering performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
    • Ability to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and performance-related matters.
  5. HR Operations and Compliance:
    • Proficiency in HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll, and HR data management.
    • Understanding of compliance requirements related to HR, such as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
    • Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics to track and measure HR initiatives and outcomes.
  6. Professional Certifications:
    • Professional HR certifications, such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional), are highly desirable.
